John D. Fielding has lived in the Brevard County area for over 24 years and attended Gemini Elementary School, Hoover Jr. High School and Melbourne High School. Fielding received his undergraduate from the University of Central Florida and a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.
Fielding is a member of the Florida Bar, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Association of American Trial Lawyers, and past president of the Young Lawyers Association of the Brevard County Bar.
Currently a shareholder of the law firm of Platt Jacobus Fielding & Torres, Trial Lawyers, LLC, Fielding practices in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury and first party insurance claims, including PIP, property and homeowners’ insurance disputes.
He is married to Megan and has two sons Bryce and Grant.
